Jump momentum glitch fixed in Battlefield 6, devs keep eye on players

New Delhi: Battlefield Studios has recently rolled out the latest update for its Battlefield 6 to fix bug affecting jump momentum and stated it is also monitoring issues on the certain breakthrough maps. In recent post on X, by official Battlefield Comms account has confirmed that the update addresses an problem  where the players jump momentum was interrupted when using the specific weapons. The fix is now live on all the platforms and may take effect once players start new match.


In another update, the team stated that it is keeping an eye on issue in breakthrough mode, where some maps aren’t filling up with the intended player count. The studio added that it is deploying backend adjustments to make matches more consistent.

Battlefield 6 was recently launched on October 10 to strong player member, peaking at over 740,000 concurrent players on Steam within hours of release. Some of the fans have already recreated Call of Duty 4’s iconic Shipment map in Portal mode. The standard edition of the game is priced at Rs 4,999 on the PlayStation Store and on the Xbox Store. Over on Steam and Epic Games Store, the standard edition is available for Rs 3,999.
