New Delhi: Samsung is all set to host its recently announced Galaxy Unpacked event of 2026 on February 25, where it is expected to introduce its most-awaited Galaxy Buds 4 series along with the Galaxy S26 lineup. The upcoming Buds 4 series is likely to feature the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. Ahead of the launch, alleged images of the Galaxy Buds 4 have surfaced online, providing an early look at their design and some key details. The leaked images have shown that the earbuds from different angles, alongside the charging case and the Galaxy Buds 4, have been placed inside while charging.
Galaxy Buds 4 is expected to retain the stem design from the previous model, but it might drop the earlier triangular profile for the simpler look that many users prefer. This Galaxy Unpacked event is going to be live-streamed on Samsung Newsroom and Samsung YouTube Channel, and users can also stream this event on Samsung’s official Instagram page. The earbuds are reported to look more basic than earlier models. The standard Galaxy Buds 4 are expected to skip silicone eartips this time; the Pro variant might provide more comfortable eartips for long hours of usage.
Those leaked images have also indicated that the redesigned top microphone port, with Samsung, is likely to opt for the larger circular cutout instead of the earlier slotted style. The charging case also appears to be familiar but more refined. It will feature a transparent lid that is going to keep the earbuds visible while charging and adapt the square design with the USB-C port at the back. This case design will look more similar to what was seen before the previous Galaxy Buds 3 debut.
The leak also mentioned support for two AI assistants, which is likely to refer to Bixby and Gemini. Other notable features are expected to include adaptive sound with 3D audio customization, head gesture controls, and an IP55 water resistance rating for the Galaxy Buds 4 series. The battery has been claimed for 24-hour total playback time. Earbuds might come with a slightly smaller battery while delivering a similar overall battery life. Galaxy Buds 4 are stated to stick with the similar price tag to last year’s release.
