New Delhi: Nothing has officially started teasing its upcoming CMF sub-brand’s latest pair of earbuds, by indicating another audio product is about to join the existing CMF lineup. Timing is notable because CMF already has some current earbuds, including the CMF Buds 2, Buds 2 Plus and Buds 2a. Nothing’s official store currently lists these models, with the Buds 2 Plus positioned as the more feature-rich option.

The most interesting possibility is that CMF is extending beyond its traditional in-ear design. Recent reports confirm that CMF Clip Pro earbuds have now emerged as the latest open-ear style product.
They might use a clip-on approach instead of sealing the ear canal, aiming at users who want to remain aware of their surroundings. Other recent reports highlight their lightweight design and ambient awareness benefits.
The latest CMF earbuds might be connected to this latest clip direction instead of simply being another conventional Buds model. CMF appears to be broadening its audio strategy. Rather than competing only on ANC, drivers, and battery life, the brand is testing alternative wearing styles.
However, CMF Clip Pro is particularly interesting because its open-ear design prioritizes comfort and environmental awareness. This comes with usual open-ear compromises and particularly weaker isolation compared with conventional in-ear ANC earbuds.
