Canon launches new EOS R8 Mark II Camera in India

New Delhi: Canon has introduced its latest camera, EOS R8 Mark II in India. The camera is compact, lightweight and a full frame 24.2SD camera that replaces the previous EOS R8 model.

The camera’s weight is around 546 grams and the size is quite small. Canon says this is its smallest and lightest full-frame camera that comes with built-in image stabilization. The design is new and untouched, clean lines and curves inside – it feels comfortable to hold. There’s a new joystick to help you fine-tune focus without having to look away from the viewfinder. This is the first such camera of its kind to have that feature.

The camera is larger, producing clearer, less “noisy” photos, and better performance at low-light. Can also fire quite quick, up to 40 frames per second, with its electronic shutter. Its smart autofocus can automatically focus on target people as well, distinguishing and tracking them in advance, a feature helpful in busy locations.

The camera can be used to record sharp 4K video and even slow motion clip. It is also suitable for streaming, and can be used to build VR headset content. Also there is a new tool that can convert normal photographs into a 3D image.

In addition to the camera, Canon also introduced a few accessories such as an extension grip and a tripod grip with a Bluetooth remote.

Shipping: The Canon EOS R8 Mark II has a shipping cost of Rs. 1,78,995 for just the body. The price of the extension grip is Rs. The tripod grip is sold for Rs. 9,995. 11,495. Self-explanatory, all the prices are inclusive of tax, and the camera is now available for purchase in India.
