New Delhi: OpenAI has officially announced the latest launch of OpenAI Grove, a new initiative designed to support the technical talent at the very beginning of their company-building journey. Instead of the traditional accelerator, Grove is aimed at the pre-idea individuals who are deeply curious about building in AI but are still exploring the early concepts of students and professionals. It’s going to work as the main topic on this. This program is going to provide participants with access to the dense talent network, opportunities to co-build with the OpenAI researchers, and resources to help accelerate their path toward innovation.
Participants will also receive counsel from the OpenAI experts and collaborate with peers in the program’s community. The inaugural cohort will run for five weeks at OpenAI’s San Francisco headquarters, featuring in-person workshops, weekly office hours, and mentorship from the technical leaders. Participants will also gain early access to the latest OpenAI tools and models before the public release.
After completing the program, the individuals may choose to raise capital for the latest ventures or pursue other opportunities, either within OpenAI’s ecosystem or externally. This first Grove cohort will welcome around 15 participants, with OpenAI encouraging applications from people of all backgrounds, disciplines, and experience levels. Applications are going to open until September 24, 2025. With this Grove, OpenAI aims to build a long-term network of innovators, offering a unique entry point into the world of AI entrepreneurship.
