This tool will analyze how the users speak and offer instant feedback, which will help to improve pronunciation before real-time conversations.
However, it is currently available on Android in selected regions, including the US and India, and it also supports languages such as English, Spanish, and Hindi.
Pronunciation practice feature now works like a language coach for the users which is built into the application. Users can also listen to how the word or phrase should sound and then try speaking it themselves. AI analyzes their speech, and it also highlights mistakes and offers feedback to improve clarity.
This feature builds on existing tools like Ask and Understand, which offer context-based translations. Pronunciation practice was one of the most requested additions to Translate which was demanded by many users. Google is now aiming more for real-time and natural conversations.
Features like Live Translate enable users to have ongoing conversations across languages, including via headphones. These tools also aim to preserve tone and context by making interactions feel more natural. Many of these sessions now last longer than five minutes, indicating that the users are increasingly relying on AI for real conversations.
Emojis might become a global language, as more users are using AI tools to convert text into emojis and make conversations more visual and fun. More users are using AI Mode in Search to get help with ASL translations. Google stated that Translation is among the most common uses of Circle to Search on Android, whether users are trying to understand many things.
It also features camera-based Translation through the lens, offline translation support, and integration with tools like Circle to continue to extend how users are using Translation in daily life. This service is also helping the users to engage with global events, follow speeches in real-time, and even understand slang and idioms more accurately.
