New Delhi: Google announced on the 15th of July that they are providing their AI Pro Plan, which is worth Rs 19,500. Google is providing this AI Pro Plan to students who are 18 or above for free. It will let students in the country access its most capable AI model, the Gemini 2.5 Pro, along with expanding their access to Google’s AI products. In this AI Pro Plan, students can access tools like Deep Research with the Gemini 2.5 Pro and the NotebookLM, which provides 5x more access, as well as access to the video generation tool Veo 3 in Gemini and Flow, among other features. This plan also includes 2TB of Google Cloud Storage. The yearly plan, normally costing Rs 19,500, is now being offered free to students. The company also stated that students can visit the official offer page to learn more about the eligibility and sign up. To claim the free one-year subscription, eligible students must complete their registration by September 15, 2025. According to Google’s citing reports, 95% of students in India who use Gemini feel more confident in their daily lives.
By providing the AI Pro Plan free to students, they can expand their future in AI and video generation. Google has aimed to provide more in-depth information about Artificial Intelligence to students for their future careers. By doing this, students can advance their AI for creativity and gain more knowledge.
On the Artificial Intelligence Analysis, which measures an AI model’s performance across the seven evaluations in different fields such as math’s, reasoning, coding, and more, the Gemini 2.5 Pro scored 70 points. In contrast, OpenAI’s o3-pro scored 71 points in second place, and xAI’s latest model, Grok 4, ranked first with 73 points. Google has announced an update to NotebookLM and launched Featured Notebooks, a curated set of collections created in collaboration with authors, researchers, publishers and nonprofits.
