Gmail, Drive, Chat, get brainy as Google launches Workspace Studio

New Delhi: Google has recently announced the general availability of the Workplace Studio, a latest hub within the Google Workspace, which allows users to create and deploy AI-powered agents to automate routine tasks and streamline complex business processes. Harnessing the reasoning power and multimodal understanding of Gemini 3, they have built AI automation that’s simple to use, deeply integrated into the Google Workspace, and puts custom agent creation in the hands of every employee. With the latest Workspace Studio, users can build agents in minutes to automate everyday work, from simple tasks to complex workflows, with no coding or specialised syntax required.

Google has also claimed that Studio puts the full potential of agents’ AI into the hands of the users. Workspace Studio has removed the friction of coding and made it easier for anyone to design and automate their business processes. Now there will be a few users who don’t know what Workspace offers. Below, we have stated which tools this Workspace Studio provides:

  • Build agents in minutes using natural language prompts, no coding required.
  • Automate tasks ranging from email triage and calendar logistics to multi-step workflows like project planning or legal notice management.
  • Share agents with colleagues as easily as sharing files in Google Drive.

Google has also revealed that the agents are well integrated with the Workspace application, including Gmail, Drive and Chat, enabling them to understand context, follow company policies, and generate personalised content in the user’s tone and style. The platform leverages the reasoning power and multimodal understanding of Gemini 3, Google’s latest AI model. This allows agents to serve the users:

  • Perform sentiment analysis
  • Generate content and smart notifications
  • Adapt instantly to new information
  • Handle end-to-end workflows across enterprise applications like Asana, Jira, Mailchimp, and Salesforce

This Google Workspace Studio will be rolled out to business customers over the next few weeks.
