The AI chatbot from OpenAI faced a global outage, leaving users unable to fetch responses for a brief period. This means that if asked anything to the chatbot, it will reply blank, or it will respond to some that couldn’t be fetched. According to some sources, it came to know that tracks online service disruptions, the problem spiked from around 12:44 PM IST, with over 500 reports in India alone.
Similar to complaints poured in from several other countries, while the issue seemed to hit the other websites’ versions the hardest, many of the application users have also reported their complaints about being unable to access their ChatGPT mobile applications. But now, if any users try to have conversations once again, then they will get their responses, because ChatGPT has overcome this issue.
This isn’t the first time users have been locked out of ChatGPT recently, but this service also went down twice in July, which affected both casual users and professionals who rely on the tool daily. Outages like these highlight how dependent people have become on this AI tool and how the disruption, even a short glitch, can feel like all their work is lost. But now it is much cooler, so users finally start their conversation once again with the AI chatbot.
