India: Janardan Tiwari, the former Founder and CEO of DataTrained, edtech company, recently launched HotelYaari with the goal of democratizing ownership of Hotel Suites and Holiday Homes.
HotelYaari enables investors to purchase hotel rooms, benefit from property appreciation, and receive a portion of the income generated from hotel room reservations.
Janardan comes with more than 15 years of senior-level experience in the banking and edutech industry. He is widely renowned for his prowess in the edutech industry and has been the founder and CEO of DataTrained, India’s leading edtech organization.
Commenting on his new venture, Janardan Tiwari, Founder of HotelYaari, said, “We are attempting to provide more people with the opportunity to own a Hotel Suite or a Holiday Home in India. Our model involves partial ownership of a property, meaning that you can invest a relatively small amount and become an owner. Benefits of this ownership include generating monthly income from room reservations, property appreciation, and exclusive usage and exchange rights.”
Janardan further added that, “the company’s goal is to enable people to invest as little as Rs 5 lakh to own a 4- or 5-star hotel room or a Holiday Home. HotelYaari plans to make the platform more efficient for current and potential customers within the next 12 months. Additionally, we are working on a secondary layer that will make it easier for owners to buy and sell shares.”
Through this business venture, these holiday homes are taken care of and maintained with professional services so they can continue to provide an enjoyable holiday experience for those who visit them while also providing owners with monthly reservation incomes.
