Surat: About 600 entrepreneurs from across Gujarat participated in the AI-driven ‘Speed business Networking Conclave’ organised by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (SGCCI) Business Connect where business to the tune of Rs 10 crore was generated through more than 2,584 business references.
The conclave featured expert speakers including Mumbai-based NLP trainer Amit Pathak and Surat-based business coach Vishal Shah. The speakers provided detailed guidance to entrepreneurs and professionals on how to achieve business growth through the use of modern technology, especially Artificial Intelligence.
According to NLP trainer Amit Pathak, AI is no longer just a technology, but a powerful tool for the growth of businesses. With the effective and proper use of AI, the MSMEs can make their production and operations smarter, smoother, and serve customers in a better and competitive market.
Business coach Vishal Shah stated that every business needs speed and accuracy, coupled with efficiency and AI can bring about significant improvements in both these aspects.. By using digital tools and automation, professionals can make better use of their time and resources. Only those businesses that adopt new technologies on time will achieve success in the future.
SGCCI president Nikhil Madrasi said that a unique conclave was organized for the first time in the entire country by SGCCI Business Connect. The main purpose of organizing this AI driven ‘Speed Business Networking Conclave’ was to provide an opportunity to entrepreneurs and professionals to make new business connections quickly and effectively. In this conclave, three rounds of face-to-face were conducted for effective networking completely under artificial intelligence.
SGCCI vice-president Ashok Jirawala said that in this unique conclave, representatives of more than 10 prestigious institutions of Surat gathered under one roof. More than 500 entrepreneurs, professionals and professionals from various fields gathered. Entrepreneurs from various sectors came together on a single platform to establish new business relationships through face-to-face business meetings. They got an opportunity to increase their business through exchange of business details.
Shri Deepak Kumar Sethwala, Group Chairman of Chamber and SBC, said that this conclave has started, in future a big platform of various networking business groups will be created. He said that for successful networking it is necessary to identify top contacts, keep your role clear and be a problem solver rather than a salesperson. Along with this, quality relationships should be developed through follow-up within 24 hours and proper priming before the meeting.
Face-to-face business meetings were held between entrepreneurs and professionals during the conclave, in which three different rounds of 30 minutes each were held. Each round provided an opportunity to meet different categories of businessmen and professionals, giving the participants of the conclave a valuable opportunity to showcase their business, products and services in a comprehensive manner. Through this entire process, each entrepreneur was able to present their business to 21 different businessmen. Being AI driven, the entire process was managed digitally online.
Since this entire conclave was AI based, QR codes were arranged on each table to make every face-to-face business meeting smarter. The participating entrepreneurs and professionals who were interested in doing business scanned the QR code and generated inquiries, in which the entrepreneurs personally generated inquiries ranging from 20 to 81. At the end of the three rounds of the conclave, a total of 2584 references were passed, indicating the possibility of a business worth more than Rs 10 crore.
