Surat: Supreme Court lawyer Nupur Sharma has said that the women in India are enjoying the highest security and peace when it comes to the workplace environment and industries. Sharma was speaking at the ‘women entrepreneurship conclave’ organised by the Women Entrepreneur Cell of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI).
Along with Sharma, expert speakers Rajal C., Co-Founder of Hallmark International, Dermatologist and Aesthetic Expert Dr. Aanchal Panth and Infertility Specialist Dr. Shubhra Pandey encouraged women entrepreneurs to move forward in various fields.
SGCCI president Nikhil Madrasi said that women are moving forward in every field and they are also making important contributions in the industry sector, the main purpose of this conclave was to provide a strong platform to women entrepreneurs, where they can network, learn from each other’s experiences and give a new direction to their businesses.
“No matter where you are, you are safe in Surat, Gujarat and India. If you are not safe and there is no peace in your life, you can never become prosperous, hence the most important thing is security” said Sharma
Sharma said that the Government of India has implemented various schemes for women entrepreneurs, taking advantage of which women are becoming even more empowered and self-reliant. Women are powerful in themselves, they just need to understand it. It is very important for women to be aware of their rights and capabilities. Confidence, constant effort and a clear vision are very important for success. “if you become prosperous, the society and the country will automatically become prosperous. Women in India are developed and safe” said Sharma.
Rajal C. said that in the beginning, many difficulties have to be faced, but success can be achieved with proper planning, determination and a constant attitude of learning. Moreover, she guided the women entrepreneurs in various areas like finance, marketing, branding and digital platforms, so that they can make their business stronger.
Dermatologist and Aesthetic Expert Dr. Aanchal Panthe guided the women on personal branding and presentation skills. She said that in today’s competitive era, it is very important to create your own identity.
Infertility Specialist Dr. Shubhra Pandey, as the speaker, shared her experiences and said that women should prioritize their health as good health is the foundation of success. She also stressed on the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life.
Ankita Waland, Chairperson of the Chamber’s Women Entrepreneur Cell, said that the conclave organized under the theme ‘Breaking Barriers and Embracing Strength’ proved to be an important platform to inspire women to move forward with confidence.
