Surat: Padmashri Dr. Jagdish Trivedi, humorist, writer, poet, artist, philosopher and philanthropist has said that if you live by giving priority to your brain in business, you can deceive your partner, but if you live by giving priority to your heart, you will not be able to do wrong in life.
Dr.Trividi said that while addressing a workshop on the topic ‘Karma Nu Ganit’ under the unique concept of ‘Jeevan Ganit Utsav’ which explains various aspects of life in detail from the perspective of mathematics. The workshop was organised by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) at Samruddhi, Nanpura, Surat.
He said that only when the brain is closed, you can think with your heart and make decisions. Whoever used his brain would have gained material benefits but would have suffered a big loss spiritually.
He said that now everyone wants to talk. Some people talk about their position, some people talk about money. Some people talk about their fame, some people talk about muscle power, but at the end of life, only the karma of the person speaks. The person gets the result according to the karma he performs. One should never doubt the law of nature, i.e. the principle of karma. If one gets punished, then it is understood that one must have committed a crime in life.
Dr. Trivedi further said that only karma is allowed in heaven. It is not possible for you to sow millet and wheat to grow. In this way, you get the same result as you do. A person who gives priority to the brain calculates, but one who gives priority to the heart does not calculate, but loves, helps and serves everyone without counting.
Nikhil Madrasi, President, SGCCI said:
“Padmashri Dr. Jagdish Trivedi’s thoughts remind us that true business leadership is not driven only by intellect and profit, but by values, ethics and karma. When commerce is guided by the heart, it creates trust, sustainability and social harmony.”
Ashok Jirawala, Vice-President, SGCCI said:
“The ‘Jeevan Ganit Utsav’ beautifully connected life, karma and mathematics. Dr. Trivedi’s message that one’s actions ultimately define one’s destiny is especially relevant for today’s entrepreneurs and professionals, who must balance growth with integrity.”
