Mumbai: GetWork, India’s leading AI-powered instant hiring platform, has announced record-breaking growth led by surging adoption of its AI solutions, establishing itself as the country’s fastest-scaling HRTech company. AI contributed 46% of total revenues in FY25, a share that has already climbed to 57% in FY26, signalling the growing demand for AI-driven hiring across sectors.
Building on this momentum, GetWork achieved 2.25x year-on-year growth in FY25—surpassing FY24’s 2.1x trajectory—and has carried this into FY26, with the first quarter registering the highest growth in its history. This performance firmly establishes GetWork as the country’s fastest-scaling HRTech company.
Rahul Veerwal, Founder & CEO of GetWork, said, “This exceptional performance reflects the trust our clients place in us and the value AI is delivering at scale. GetWork is rapidly becoming the go-to hiring ecosystem for both fresh graduates and enterprises.”
In FY25, GetWork’s enterprise client base grew by nearly 80 percent, while corporate ARPU rose by over 200 percent year-on-year, showcasing stronger trust and value creation. AI solutions played a defining role, contributing 46% of revenues in FY25 and already accounting for 57% in FY26 so far, with over 8.2 lakh AI calls and 1.4 lakh AI assessments deployed across enterprises and campuses. The company also expanded its sector footprint, moving from BFSI, retail, and quick-commerce in FY25 to new territories such as technology, manufacturing, edtech, deeptech, and AI in FY26.
“AI has moved from being an enabler to the very foundation of hiring,” added Veerwal. “The scale of adoption we are witnessing proves that intelligent hiring is no longer a future trend, it’s the present.”
To power its next growth phase, GetWork has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of seasoned industry veterans. Dr. Anuj Kacker, with over 40 years of leadership experience including two decades at Aptech Ltd., will lead AI-driven innovations in employer-candidate matchmaking and scalability. Chirag Mittal, serial entrepreneur and IIT Kanpur alumnus, joins to fuel product innovation and growth strategies, bringing his expertise from founding Gigforce. Bhavna Chaddha, with 17 years of HR experience across Sago, Golden Tulip Hotels, and Metro Hospitals, steps in as Strategic HR Manager to strengthen organizational capabilities.
On the funding front, GetWork successfully raised ₹9.81 crore in a CCD round backed by marquee investors including Raay Investments (Amit Patni Family Office), DSP Mutual Funds, Neo Wealth Advisors, Samarthya Investments, Artha Venture Fund, and Artha Continuum Fund. The company is now preparing to raise a $5 million Series A by December 2025, with strong interest from international investors. It is also being acknowledged as the fastest AI-powered hiring platform to reach $1M ARR within 12 months of launch.
The company’s international and domestic expansion further highlights its growth story. In Europe, GetWork signed contracts with Swiss companies including MyEntourage, Superme, FindaTutor, and SmartHelio. On the domestic front, a landmark MoU with the MEPSC Sector Skill Council will help upskill management professionals and boost campus placements across India. The platform also expanded its university network with tie-ups at Lead College (Kerala) and Assam University, Silchar, while strengthening its white-label SaaS business with successful deployments for Aptech, MAAC, Arena Animation, and MyEntourage in Switzerland.
With AI adoption accelerating and international expansion firmly underway, GetWork is on track to achieve ₹25 crore ARR in FY26. The company aims to build the world’s most intelligent hiring ecosystem—one that makes hiring instant, efficient, and globally accessible. FY26 marks the beginning of its global scale-up and the next chapter in AI-powered hiring.
