New age digital first influencer content marketing agency, Whoppl founded in 2019 by zealous women Ms Ramya Ramachandran. The platforms come up with creative campaigns for brands across digital platforms. The platform to establish one’s brand, sell, live stream, and dive into the world of shoppable videos with ease. Whoppl primarily focuses on shaping the brand’s narrative to audiences in a way they can relate to & resonate with. It was initially started by offering to just one category with a handful of influencers. Today, we have worked with brands across categories and diversified into creating content at scale, live commerce, and shoppable videos.
“There have been influencer agencies and talent management agencies, but there is a gap of content-driven influencer marketing agencies which works as an intermediary between the brand and the influencers, understanding the brief and the influencers’ persona. We were quick to realize the creative influencer-led marketing agencies in the market,” says Ramya.
3 Key verticals of Whoppl:
Creating content at scale – our creator-led in-house content hub where we work hand in hand with influencers to create relatable content, giving them an opportunity to work with some of the most loved brands in India that appeal to a vast majority of the target audience around the world, waiting for the influence to kick in!
Influencer marketing campaigns/strategy – Here we pick and choose influencers best suited to the brand tone and creative brief and build on a campaign that is customized, insightful and filled with keynotes from our influencer network!
Live commerce – In a ‘like minds coming together’, we have partnered with a live commerce platform to make the consumer’s shopping experience one of a kind, immersed with quirky content from browse to purchase.
“I believe the first and foremost step to create value for brands is to understand their tonality, brand values and language of course, pertaining to which then influencers are to be handpicked and content is made to fit, giving the brand all that it wants but also more as you dive deeper into brand psychology”
On asking how Ai impacts influencer marketing effectiveness, Ramya shared, “In terms of technological advancements, over time, a lot of platforms have come into the space that has democratized the strategy by building an open marketplace wherein brands can meet and engage with influencers directly. Brands can now use a marketplace to directly engage a mid-level influencer with a following of hundreds (or even tens of thousands) rather than pursuing huge influencers with millions of followers. As AI is taking up space in the market today, we are only advancing. AI is an ancillary service to influencer marketing that can evolve the entire experience itself. Today, we also have AI influencers who either are themselves created using AI or function primarily based on AI, right from creating a variety of outfits on the go to hopping locations every minute. AI is the future, as is influencer marketing.”
Till now,
– created content – short form, long form video worth 800 hours.
– 100+ influencer led campaigns for brands
– worked with 5000 content creators from the industry across regions.
