The penthouse in DLF The Dahlias is a super area of approximately 17200 sqft and carpet area of 10500 sqft. The carpet area comes out to be approximately ₹2.6 lakh per sq ft.
So, how does Sardana earn so much money?

The combined impact of having worked for many years in the automotive manufacturing industry, multiple businesses and investments, however, offers a better understanding of how he has earned significant wealth over the years. The ₹271 crore deal also reveals that India’s luxury property segment is becoming an allure for extremely wealthy business families and entrepreneurs. The buying is nothing of small size for Sardana and is one of the largest residential reputed deals in the nation.
