Surat: Rakesh Saini, textile Professional, has successfully created himself in the Surat textile crowded market of Rajasthan from Nawalgarh. He has been growing for the past 18 years in the Textile Industry. Also, for the last 8 years he owns a small gym. His fondness towards exercises which was provoked when Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar inspired him makes him different from all others.

Rakesh admires the healthy lifestyle and discipline of Akshay Kumar. Despite his busy schedule, Rakesh always gives his health its due. He wakes up at 4:30 AM, works out at his gym, and then manages his textile business the rest of the day, which keeps him busy till 7:30 PM. He ensures that he gets enough sleep for the day despite such a busy schedule and ensures he hits the bed by 11:00 PM.
His Daily Routine
Rakesh leads a very organized life. His daily routine includes visiting the temple in the morning and evening to find peace of mind. Sundays are reserved for catching up on office work and coming up with new business ideas. Time management is key for him. He believes that everyone can find time to stay healthy, it’s just about making it a priority.
He says, “People chase money but often forget to take care of their bodies. If your body is healthy, everything else will fall into place.” This mindset drives him to stay fit and motivates others to do the same.
Fitness Challenges and Achievements
For Rakesh, fitness is nothing but fun to be able to explore and limit yourself. And for long, he has even tried quite bizarre things by pulling an i20 Tata Harrier and two Hyundai Alcazar cars besides two SUV Thar – and then finally earned his place within the pages of India’s Book of Records.
At one of his functions, Rakesh was expecting to have a small crowd, but to his surprise, over 8,000 people came to watch him perform. This is enough to show how his interest in fitness inspires other people.
Inspiring Others to be Fit
Rakesh very often talks about the importance of keeping fit, especially for busy people like entrepreneurs. He believes that being fit not only keeps you healthy but also makes you work better. “Your body is your biggest asset,” he says. He advises everyone to set aside at least 30 minutes a day for exercise, whether it’s yoga, running, or hitting the gym.
He also talks about the mental benefits of fitness. For him, working out keeps him energized and stress-free. He believes that just a little effort every day can help you stay healthy in the long run.
