His reels focus on making AI less intimidating and more empowering for students looking to boost their learning outcomes.
Students now have a guide, mentor, researcher, friend and tutor all rolled in one. The problem is they don’t know how to seek its help responsibly. ChatGPT offers many benefits to students- they can write their thesis in record time, research the internet and basically do everything they need to with a free personal assistant- only if they use it responsibly.
Mohit Nagore understands this, and he’s taken it upon himself to help students understand the nitty-gritty of AI. The rapid pace at which AI is evolving has made many entry-level jobs redundant, and students have no choice but to embrace AI to get their work done to meet deadlines on time.
A recent graduate, Mohit was already creating content offering tips, motivation and productivity hacks before AI started to emerge as the next big productivity tool. The benefits AI provided offered great potential for students.
“I realized this could really change how students study, work, and learn. That’s when I decided to start making content that explains these tools in a simple and relatable way.” he explains.
Many students these days aren’t very comfortable with AI; they’ve been accustomed to smartphones and simple Google searches to meet their needs. At most, they use vague prompts to get a gist of their requirements. Thanks to their tendency to rote-learn, many of them don’t care to figure things out for themselves-they need some handholding to understand how to use AI in the best way possible.
As a recent management graduate, Mohit is well aware of this:
“I first try to understand the tool deeply myself. Then I think — if I was a college student, how would I want this explained to me? My focus is always on storytelling and showing real use cases. I don’t try to be too fancy — I just try to be clear, helpful, and real. That’s what sets me apart from others.”
Even as AI has made content creation far easier than it ever was, there are always those who will go to any lengths to gain attention. This desire to stand out forces many creators to use questionable tactics. In such a scenario, how do you prove your reliability?
“I don’t make content just to go viral. I only talk about tools that I’ve used or truly believe in. I don’t overhype anything. I focus more on value than flashy content. I think if you build trust with your audience, your content will stay relevant no matter how the trend changes.” Mohit explains.
Ethics play a big role in ensuring consistency here:
“I always make sure to explain in my videos that AI tools are meant to make your work smarter, not help you escape it. I clearly tell students that using AI for copying or cheating might help once or twice, but it’ll hurt them in the long run. If I see someone misusing a tool, I usually message them politely or reply to their comment to explain how to use it the right way — not to judge, just to guide.”
Though Mohit has earned the trust of his followers, he has to work hard to maintain it- a constant roller-coaster ride with an intense pressure to keep up the momentum of quality and consistency. Despite all the hard work, Mohit has faced his share of setbacks:
“There was a time when my views dropped and nothing was working, even after trying hard. I felt demotivated, but instead of quitting, I took a break, asked my audience for feedback, and slowly improved my content style. That phase taught me patience and reminded me that every creator goes through ups and downs.”
That makes content creation just like any other business, where there is a great responsibility to perform, and without the right support, many creators have faced drastic consequences, sometimes even suicide. But the right support system can make a difference like no other, and Mohit’s immense goodwill from his followers has been his biggest motivation.
“Their (followers) comments and messages keep me going. Once, a student told me that because of one of my AI tool videos, they managed to submit their project on time. That one message made me realize this is not just about views — it’s about real impact.” he explains.
As a creator, Mohit had been busy fulfilling his follower’s requests and earning the trust of his
expanded audience, which exceeds 1.3 lakh now. Looking ahead, he aims to build a platform where students can upskill themselves using AI and tech tools, while making sure he enjoys spending time with his friends and family while taking care of his health.
