Surat: The diamond and textile city of Surat is all set to witness the most unique business conclave, completely driven by artificial intelligence and speed business networking for the business owners in Surat and south Gujarat. The ‘speed business networking conclave’, organised by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (SGCCI) Business Connect (SBC) will be held at Platinum hall, Sarsana on April 18.
According to SGCCI president Nikhil Madrasi, the speed business networking conclave to be hosted by SBC is the unique one in the entire country. The conclave will be completely artificial intelligence-driven and will have three rounds face-to-face for effective networking. The main purpose of organizing this AI-driven ‘Speed Business Networking Conclave’ is to provide an opportunity to entrepreneurs and professionals to make new business connections quickly and effectively. This platform will help participants find new partnerships, collaborations and avenues for growth.
Ashok Jirawala, vice-president of SGCCI said, “This unique conclave will bring together more than 500 entrepreneurs, businessmen and professionals from various sectors. Entrepreneurs from various sectors will get opportunities to build new business relationships, exchange ideas and grow their businesses through face-to-face business meetings on a single platform.
This is the first time such an AI-based speed business networking conclave is being organized in India. In this conclave, representatives of more than 10 prestigious business networking institutions of Surat will be brought under one roof, due to which new directions can open up in the industry.
Deepakkumar Sethwala , group chairman of SBC said that during the conclave, face-to-face business meetings will be organized between entrepreneurs and professionals, in which three different rounds of 30 minutes each will be held. In each round, there will be an opportunity to meet with different categories of entrepreneurs and professionals, so that the participants in the conclave will get an important opportunity to present their business, products and services in a comprehensive manner. Through this entire process, each entrepreneur will be able to present their business to about 21 different businessmen and grow their business. This entire process will be managed digitally online.
SGCCI Business Connect Chairman Chandrakant Prajapati said that since this entire conclave is AI-based, QR codes will be arranged on each table to make every face-to-face business meeting smarter and more effective. Participating entrepreneurs and professionals with whom they are interested in doing business will express their interest by scanning the QR code. Through this digital process, all the business related information will be instantly recorded in the system and its live display will be seen on the screen, so that business networking will become more transparent, fast and effective.
