Noida, April 6: After two successful online events, HR India organised its first offline grand event with fervour at Max Tower, Sector 16, Noida. The event was backed by Mr. Samar Mahapatra & Mr. Deepak Maharana.
The seminar began with the lighting of the lamp by senior delegates and the enchantment of Ganesh Vandana. After the inaugural rituals, Mr. Samar Mahapatra, founder of HR India, delivered the keynote to the audience. He talked about the various achievements and visions of HR India.
The one-day conclave kick-started with two Panel Discussions consisting of the various panellists. The Panel was adorned with Guests like Mr. Dwarakanath (Former Director HR Max Group), Mr. S.Y Siddiqui, Chief Mentor –Maruti Suzuki Ltd, Mr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Director HR Indian Oil, Ms. Minakshi Arora,( Ex CHRO – Trident Group ) Ms. Debajani Roy ( Ex CHRO SRL Diagnostics) and others. The topic of discussion during the second session was “Emerging strategy in the new World order” and “New DNA of leadership”.
Mr. Ananda Pillai, (Chief Transformation Officer) Mr. D.K Bakshi, ( Chief Mentor & CEO –Global Talent ) Dr. Radha Sharma,( Professor – MDI Gurgaon ) Ms. Gouri Das,- Tedx Speaker, Head HR Dr. Aquil Busrai ( CEO – Aquil Busrai Consulting ) also participated in this discussion and provided great insights during the discussion.
The seminar audience consisted of nearly a hundred working HR professionals from private and public sector organisations.
The panel discussion was highly insightful and full of professional takeaways. The panellists shed light on unique ideas of work culture and ethics for maximum employee retention and satisfaction. They also discussed the importance of leadership in the new world order and how to leverage one’s HR skills to establish a good HR maxim.
Following the great panel discussion, HR India presented awards and prize money for HR Innovation in 2022. The “Moshay” group was felicitated with the award for the best HR innovation and a cash prize amounting to Rs. 1 Lakh for their outstanding contribution to providing job opportunities to people who lost their job during the Covid Pandemic. Other than this, many more awards were presented across sixteen different HR categories. NBCC, VBFT, Data Group, Shigan Auto, Reynold pens, Naco Jayaswal, and TRB were some noteworthy award winners.
HR India felicitated all the participants with a souvenir. Mr. Deepak Maharana and Mr Samar Mahapatra executed the event effortlessly with the help of dedicated volunteers. The event was successful and seamless.
