The innovative FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) model has expanded to over 200 outlets, providing employment to more than 100 individuals.
Under Jahaan Khurana leadership, The Rolling Plate has introduced popular brands like Ballu Bawarchi, Bhukha Sher, Rozi Roti, Oye Chotu, and Shanghai Chilli. Valued at 1 million dollars, the company has become a household name, showcasing Jahaan’s ability to revolutionize the food industry.

The Rolling Plate’s fourth foundation day coincided with India’s Independence Day, during which Jahaan organized a self-defense training camp for over 400 schoolgirls at Kingsway Camp in New Delhi. This initiative, part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, aimed to empower young girls with essential self-defense skills.
