Ahmedabad : Gujarat State Deputy Chief Minister and Industries Minister Harsh Sanghvi visited Sanand and Bavla talukas of Ahmedabad district and reviewed the industrial progress of the state. Sanghvi visited the units of global semiconductor companies Micron Technology, Kaynes Semicon Private Limited and CG SEMI Private Limited operating at Sanand-2 GIDC. During this visit, he discussed Gujarat’s growing strength in the field of technology and future plans with the entrepreneurs.
Later, Sanghvi inaugurated INOX Wind’s WTG manufacturing plant and INOX Solar’s PV module manufacturing plant at Crystal Logistics Park located near Bhayla village in Bavla taluka. Minister Ishwarbhai Patel, INOX Group’s Devansh Jain, Kiritsinh Dabhi and officials of the district administration were present on this occasion. After inaugurating the plant, the Deputy Chief Minister also inspected the functioning of the plant.
Addressing the meeting organized on this occasion, Minister Sanghvi said that a living example of how the start of a company brings about a big change in the lives of many families in the vicinity can be seen here today. Through this solar manufacturing unit of INOX, thousands of local people will be directly and indirectly provided with employment opportunities. The arrival of this new industry will not only create jobs, but also many small and large businesses in the vicinity, which will give a new impetus to the local economy.
The Minister further added that when any investor thinks of investing his capital, he pays attention to two main things: first, the security of his capital and second, the return on that investment. He added that Gujarat is a state that assures investors of both these things. The money invested here gets returned to the next generation of investors with the best returns including interest. It is because of Gujarat’s excellent policy-driven working style that today the state has become the largest hub in the entire country in solar cell, solar glass and solar panel manufacturing.
Talking about the development roadmap, Harsh Sanghvi said that the way projects like railway connectivity, road connectivity, port and Dholera Sir have been prepared in Gujarat, the industries here are going to get maximum benefit.
He congratulated Kiritsinh Dabhi and the district administration and said that it was only due to the cooperation of the administration that such a large-scale capital investment has been possible here, due to which the local youth have got employment opportunities at home to realize their dreams. The Deputy Chief Minister welcomed INOX GFL Group to the land of Gujarat on behalf of the people of Gujarat.
