Patna: Samskara- PG Orientation Program, a seminar for the students, was organized by the Noida International University at Rajkiya Ayurvedic Medical College, Patna, where Hon’ble Smt. Seeta Sahu, Mayor of Patna, was invited as the chief guest and facilitated with a bouquet; who spoke on behalf of the government of India and Patna. The mayor said that they are working on the infrastructure of the medical fertility centre and other medical structures to stay prepared to fight against future casualties.
Prof.(Dr) Sampurnanand Tiwari, Principal of Rajkiya Ayurvedic Medical College, Patna, welcomed all the guests, facilitated them, and spoke about their foreign collaborations.
Prof.(Dr) Vijay Shankar Dubey, Superintendent of Rajkiya Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya, Patna, spoke about the importance and requirement of emergency medicine and appreciated the government’s efforts to encourage people to medical education.
Dr Supriya Avasthi, Dean of Allied Health Sciences at Noida International University, spoke about the minor points of the PGDEM (Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medicine) program and encouraged students with an interactive session by talking about the future of emergency medicine. She guided students to be a part of the PGDEM program. She added how the super-multispeciality 450 bedded NIIMS Hospital is one of the best hospitals with world-class infrastructure and facilities. She also explained Ayush Doctor’s pivotal role in providing affordable healthcare services to the people and the nation.
Dr. Akash Sharma, Director of Admission & Outreach, concluded the event with a vote of thanks and appreciated the efforts done by the government and the college. Dr Prabhat Kumar Dwivedi, Secretary of Rajkiya Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, and more than 200 students attended this knowledgeable session.
