Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various projects worth more than ₹1,941 crore to strengthen connectivity in Delhi and make travel easier for the people of Delhi. He dedicated the Barapullah Elevated Road Phase-3, built at a cost of ₹1,635 crore, to the people of Delhi today.
In a post on X, Shri Amit Shah said, “To strengthen Delhi’s connectivity and make travel easier for Delhi residents, today various projects worth more than ₹1,941 crore were inaugurated and had their foundation stones laid. The Barapullah Elevated Road Phase-3, built at a cost of ₹1,635 crore, was dedicated to Delhi residents today. This will provide signal-free connectivity between East and South Delhi, making commuting smoother, providing relief from traffic jams, and saving travel time. Additionally, the foundation stones for the Modi Mill-Savitri Cinema Flyover and Loni Underpass were also laid.”
दिल्ली की कनेक्टिविटी को सुदृढ़ और दिल्लीवासियों के सफर को सुगम बनाने के लिए आज ₹1,941 करोड़ से अधिक की विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन व शिलान्यास किया।
₹1,635 करोड़ की लागत से बना बारापुला एलिवेटेड रोड फेज-3 आज दिल्लीवासियों को समर्पित किया। इससे पूर्वी और दक्षिणी दिल्ली के बीच सिग्नल-फ्री कनेक्टिविटी होगी, जिससे आवागमन सुगम होगा, ट्रैफिक जाम से राहत मिलेगी और यात्रा का समय भी बचेगा।
साथ ही, मोदी मिल-सावित्री सिनेमा फ्लाईओवर और लोनी अंडरपास का भी शिलान्यास किया।
