IKIO Technologies Q4 FY25 net profit declines 29.36% to Rs.31.82 cr from last year

New Delhi: IKIO Technologies, a leading lighting solutions manufacturer, reported a gross income of Rs.423.94 crore for Q4 FY 25, as against Rs.578.29 crore from the corresponding period last year, reporting a 26.69% decline. Despite this, the company’s has strong financial and operational fundamentals, suggesting a better outlook for growth.

The Noida-based company has continued to focus on innovation and expansion into green energy solutions, despite the challenges it faces in the near term. It aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, by focusing on minimising emissions across its solar-powered manufacturing facilities. 

The company has also announced a Rs.70 crore investment in its subsidiary IKIO Solutions Pvt Ltd as per its ongoing deployment of its IPO proceeds.Due to operational delays and licensing approvals, the company’s board has extended the timeline for using the IPO proceeds to FY 2027.

“With a special focus on smart lighting and energy-efficient solutions, IKIO plans to introduce products that save energy and enhance its customers’ lives in practical, meaningful ways,” said Sanjeet Singh, a Director of IKIO Group, explains.
