New Delhi,  August 13: Credent Connect N Care Limited, a growing name in India’s healthcare logistics and last-mile phlebotomy ecosystem, has opened a new chapter in its growth journey with its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company’s IPO opened on August 13, 2026, and is positioned as an important milestone in its ambition to strengthen healthcare logistics infrastructure across India.

As part of the IPO process, Credent Connect N Care received a strong vote of confidence from marquee anchor investors ahead of the opening of the public issue. The anchor allocation included Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund, Mint Focussed Growth Fund, Hem Growth Opportunities Fund, Motilal Oswal Finvest, 360 ONE LVF Treasury Solutions Fund, LRSD Securities, Finavenue Capital Trust, Meru Investment Fund, Religo Commodities Venture Trust and Shine Star Build Cap.

With more than 14 years of operational experience, Credent Connect N Care has built a nationwide healthcare logistics network supporting diagnostics, hospitals and healthcare enterprises. The company is associated with 2,500+ laboratories and has a field force of more than 6500+ professionals across India, enabling reliable last-mile healthcare services.

Credent Connect N Care’s business model remains unique in its category, with no direct peer group in India — making it the first company in the country to reach this milestone of listing a dedicated healthcare logistics and last-mile phlebotomy platform on the public markets.

At the heart of its operations is a technology-enabled process that connects every stage of the healthcare sample journey—from booking and assigning collections to collecting, preserving, transporting, delivering and tracking samples. Its temperature-controlled logistics capabilities also support cold-chain requirements, including the critical 2–8°C temperature range required for several healthcare and diagnostic samples.

The company’s services are designed to address the growing demand for dependable healthcare logistics as diagnostic testing and home sample collection continue to expand across the country. By combining field operations, technology and process-driven logistics, Credent Connect N Care aims to support healthcare partners in maintaining timely and reliable sample movement.

The IPO opened on August 13, 2026, and closed on August 17, 2026. The issue carried a price band of ₹179 to ₹189 per share, with an issue size of approximately ₹93.89 crore and a bid lot of 600 shares.

The company’s financial performance highlights the scale of its business. For FY2025–26, Credent Connect N Care reported revenue of ₹214.16 crore, EBITDA of ₹28.46 crore and profit after tax (PAT) of ₹18.45 crore. Its reported net worth stood at ₹43.8 crore.

The IPO represents more than a fundraising milestone for the company; it marks another step in its broader vision of building a stronger and more connected healthcare logistics ecosystem. As healthcare delivery becomes increasingly dependent on timely diagnostics, home collections and dependable sample transportation, efficient last-mile logistics is emerging as a critical component of patient care. Looking ahead, the company has set its sights on scaling the business to ₹1,000 crore in revenue over the coming years, as it deepens its footprint across India’s healthcare supply chain.

With its established network, experienced field force, laboratory associations and technology-driven operations, Credent Connect N Care is looking ahead to the next phase of its journey.

From collection to delivery, the company’s focus remains on connecting healthcare faster, reliably and responsibly. The IPO marks the beginning of this next chapter as Credent Connect N Care continues its journey in India’s evolving healthcare logistics landscape.
