New Delhi: The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) announced on Thursday that Harsh Jain, the Co-founder and CEO of Dream11, has been elected as the Chairman of the association following the governing council election. Jain takes over the position from Sanjay Gupta, the Vice-President and Country Manager of Google India.
Harsh Jain’s tenure as Chairman will span two years. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School, showcasing his strong educational background and expertise in the field.
In addition to the election of Harsh Jain as Chairman, two other prominent figures were elected to key positions within the association. Rajesh Magow, the Co-Founder and Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, has been elected as the Vice-Chairman, replacing Shivnath Thukral. Satyan Ganjwani, the Vice-Chairman of Times Internet, has taken on the role of Treasurer, succeeding Harshil Mathur.
