BL Agro Organises a Medical Camp for employees
One of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in India organised a medical camp for 560 employees at its corporate office in Bareilly.
Bareilly, May 9: BL Agro Industries Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG companies, organised a medical camp at its corporate office in Bareilly. This initiative was conducted through Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), a Central and State government corporation, under its 100 days of KaryaYoyojona. In the camp, 560 employees of BL Agro underwent medical check-ups and medicines were also distributed.
The medical camp was organised in the presence of Dr. Tauqeettarut Hassan (Chief Medical Officer), Dr. RenuBala, Mr. K.C Chaudhury (Pharmacist), Mr. Devendra Kumar (Pharmacist), and Mr. Santosh Kr. Aggrawal. All the employees were given information about the facilities provided by the ESIC.
Ajay Bhatt, General Manager-HR, BL Agro, said, “We conducted this special medical checkup for our entire workforce, who have always contributed to our growth. Taking care of their well-being is our foremost responsibility.”
All the BL Agro’s higher officials and staff members have actively participated in this UP Government’s medical check-up initiative.
Last year too, BL Agroorganised a vaccination camp for all its 3600 employees and labour workforce and their families, making the campus and factory area 100% vaccinated.
Based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, BL Agro Industries Ltd. has been committed to providing quality food products. Today, the company has one of the largest distribution networks amongst all branded edible oil and food product players in India. Today, it is the flag-bearer of the Government of India’s Vocal for Local campaign and stands out amongst the top food FMCG companies.
BL Agro’s growth is an inspiring story of success. Having started as a mustard trading house with Bail Kolhu mustard oil as its only product in the 1950s, BL Agro has come a long way. During its gruelling journey, the company transformed from a commodity trading organisation to a full-fledged FMCG company. The marketers of a single mustard oil brand subsequently rolled out multiple oil varieties, including refined oils, and then a range of food products under the brand name ‘Nourish’ – thus catering to a much broader consumer base.
Brand Nourish comes with a promise of nutrition. It offers an entire range of food products typically used in an Indian kitchen, including Atta, Rice, Pulses, Ghee & Oils, Dry Fruits, Papad, Achars, Murabba, Spices, etc. Each Nourish product is packed with superior-quality ingredients and is produced with the finest processes that ensure maximum retention of nutrients.
