Urban Company’s InstaHelp Crosses 50000 Daily Bookings in Just One Year

New Delhi: The home services company Urban Company based in India has scored a major milestone. It has elite fast service platform known as InstaHelp which has already surpassed 50,000 bookings per day in one year of operation. This indicates that Indian buyers have become a strong demand of fast and urgent services to meet their daily domestic requirements.

InstaHelp was initiated as a fast service model to allow professionals access houses in few minutes to do minor chores such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry and kitchen assistance. Previously, individuals would also reserve such services several days before. However, these days when busy work schedules and nuclear families exist, customers are in need of immediate assistance.

InstaHelp was first experimented in Mumbai by the company and then to other cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Pune. The model is effective as evidenced by the high number of bookings made every day. Such services are being used by a lot of working professionals and the older generation.

Nevertheless, rapid development is not easy. Urban Company requires thousands of trained professionals in order to handle 50,000 bookings daily. It is not simple to keep the quality of the services and grow rapidly. The firm should also pay equitable wages and adequate working conditions to its service partners.

According to experts, this success is an indication of a larger trend in India’s startup environment. Speed and convenience are what customers are ready to pay a lot. Similar to food delivery apps altering eating habits, quick home service apps are altering home management.
