New Delhi: Hital Meswani, whose dad was Mukesh Ambani’s first partner, plays a big role at Reliance Industries. He’s got a degree in Management & Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and has led major projects like the Hazira petrochemicals and Jamnagar refinery. Meswani doesn’t just handle projects; he’s also behind important changes within the company, like setting up the Reliance Management System.
He joined Reliance in 1990 and made it to the board by 1995, showing his value and leadership. Along with his brother Nikhil, he’s one of the highest-paid guys at Reliance, showing how important he is to the team.
