Startup Culture Grows in Indian Colleges as Students Turn Ideas Into Reality

New Delhi: There is an increasing number of Indian college students who start ups prior to the complevction of their degrees. Students are now creating businesses with tech apps, local service platforms and more, during their studies.

This trend is now supported by many colleges in the form of incubation centers and start up clubs. Students are provided with mentoring, funding advice and workspace. There are some startups that were initiated during college that have already become funded.

Students claim that they would like to address practical issues rather than wait to get employed at corporations. Nonetheless, it is difficult to balance between studies and business.
