Gurugram: Square Yards’ a Gurugram-based property technology firm, has reported a 48% year on year rise in revenue for FY25-26 along with a massive 269% rise in EBITDA from the previous year, as the company works towards meeting sustainable, high margin operations.
According to its financial disclosures, the company has also crossed the Rs.2,000 crore mark in annual revenue, a 8x expansion from a five year period. This trajectory highlights a rare feat in the Indian startup ecosystem as the company looks to cement its position in the real estate brokerage space.
The Multi-Vertical Growth Engine
Besides its core competency, the company has also ventured into fintech through its Urban Money arm and into Interior Designing with its Interior Company subsidiary. It has also expanded to the UAE, Canada, and Australia as well, as the company looks to expand to high-margin premium real estate markets globally. It’s SaaS based platform for developers and agents has also helped create a recurring revenue stream.
Strategic Milestones: The “8x” Journey
Through its technology-enabled real estate solutions, Square Yards has successfully consolidated its position through its agent-focused tech tools. The company has also expanded its margins by cross-selling its interior design services and home loan offerings as well, increasing its Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
