Smartworks adds another ₹235 cr incremental rental revenue from existing clients across cities

Mumbai, August 24: Managed office space major Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has achieved an additional ₹235 crore in incremental contractual rental revenue through existing enterprise clients across cities.

These newly added contracts come with tenures of up to 60 months, strengthening its long term cash flows. This builds on the company’s incremental revenues of about ₹5,400 crore as on June 30, 2026.

“The strongest validation of any platform is when existing clients choose to grow with it. Our large, fully managed campuses are built for scale, so businesses can expand seamlessly within the same campus, without the disruption of relocating, refitting or searching for space across the city. That is a decisive advantage for organisations growing at pace. An expansion of this scale, which includes large multinational corporations including Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 companies, deepening commitments they have already made, reflects the trust and stickiness our model creates” Neetish Sarda, Founder and Managing Director, Smartworks, said in a press release.

With large enterprise accounts generating about 92% of Smartworks’ total revenue, this latest expansion strengthens its managed office portfolio, which has crossed 16.1 million sq ft after its Workstudio Spaces, Singapore, acquisition.

Though Smartworks hasn’t revealed the names of its clients, many of them are Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 companies building advanced technologies and AI capabilities out of their India-based Global Capability Centers.

With demand for flexible, fully managed workspaces rising, Smartworks is in a better position to deliver consistent infrastructure and service standards for large-scale organizations.
