Mumbai: Satin Creditcare Network’s subsidiary, Satin Technologies Limited (STL), will acquire a majority 76.40% stake in QTrino Labs Pvt Ltd as the company aims to boost its technology stack, the company said in a press release. The IIT incubated deep tech startup develops cost-effective, cutting-edge and quantum-safe security solutions for government and enterprise clients. Its advanced cybersecurity capabilities align well with STL’s long-term vision.
The proposed acquisition will help STL expand its business footprint in the advanced technology and cybersecurity domains, with QTrino becoming a subsidiary of STL after the due diligence is done. With QTrino, Satin Creditcare gains an entry in the cybersecurity market, a crucial component for its core microfinance business, allowing it to potentially venture into other services.
