Mumbai: Aurum PropTech, a technology-led real estate digitisation provider, reported its first profitable quarter in Q3, even as the company aims to transition from a growth-at-all-costs to a profit focused company. The company achieved this though 30% year on year revenue growth, ensuring tighter cost controls and efficient operations.
The company is promoting to focus on disciplined execution, technology-led scale-ups and sustainable value creation across its platform as the company witnessed a 30% year on year increase in total income to ₹87.66 crores.
According to the company’s management, the company could achieve a PBT margin of 1.6% mostly on the back of improved customer acquisitions across its various verticals.
For its distribution business, the company’s Sell.do platform closed 170 enterprise deals, while its Aurun Analytica business sold over 95,000 leads, a 53% growth year on year.
Besides that, the company’s rental business witnessed a 25% year on year growth, with income reaching ₹54 crores.
