New Delhi: Paisalo Digital, a fintech lending platform specialising in inclusive lending, has strengthened its touchpoint network as part of its long-term growth and financial inclusion strategy. The company has now reached 4,380 touchpoints across 22 states in Q2FY26, a 4 time rise from 1,052 touchpoints across 18 states it had in FY23. Currently, it has 402 branches, 2,585 distribution points and 1,393 business correspondence (BCs) across the country.
The company’s customer franchise increased from ~2 million in FY23 to ~13 million in H1FY26. This six-time growth highlights robust market penetration and showcases Paisalo’s business development strategies. The company recorded Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹54,494 million, a ~25% CAGR growth in the last 3 years, credited by the high quarterly disbursements of ₹11,025 million, up 41% YoY in Q2FY26.

The company is now looking to rapidly expand its workforce, which currently stands at 3,255. It aims to upskill them through digital platforms and training programs. By strengthening its last-mile connectivity, Paisalo Digital aims to support India’s financial inclusion while delivering long-term value to its stakeholders.
