Thane, September 21: Hydraulic fittings manufacturer Hy-Tech Engineers Limited (HTEL) has reported an 11% rise in net profit to ₹4.60 crore for Q1 FY27, following its highly successful initial public offering (IPO) earlier this month. The company has seen its revenues rise 13% YoY to ₹41.26 crore, even as its EBITDA rose 3% marginally to ₹8.4 crores.
The company’s EBITDA margins have contracted to 19.6% from 21.5% last year, mostly due to raw material cost increases.
For its next phase of growth, the company is looking to acquire 6.5 acres of land in Satara, Maharashtra for increasing its capacity for Instrumentation Project Engineering (IPE) stainless-steel operations. Beyond that, it is lookling to invest in advanced CNC machines, testing equipment and automation as it looks to improve productivity, precision and product capabilities to meet demanding technical requirements. It is also incorporating wholly owned subsidiaries in the US and Germany to be closer to its customer base.
“We remain focused on strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and expanding our presence across domestic and international markets. As part of our global expansion, we are establishing wholly-owned subsidiaries in Delaware, USA, and Frankfurt, Germany, which will strengthen its global presence and enable closer customer engagement, subject to applicable approvals and implementation considerations.
At the same time, our planned acquisition of approximately 6.5 acres of land near Shirwal, Satara, marks an important step towards expanding dedicated capacity for the Company’s Instrumentation Project Engineering (IPE) stainless-steel operations, subject to applicable approvals and completion of the transaction.
Our longstanding OEM relationships, engineering expertise and established industry presence also position us to participate in emerging opportunities across defence and railway sectors, alongside the broader opportunities arising from India’s manufacturing growth and global supply-chain localisation.
Going forward, our focus remains on improving capacity utilisation, deepening customer relationships, expanding exports and moving towards higher-value applications, while building a stronger, technology-led and sustainable institution.” Mr. Hemant Mondkar, Chairman and Managing Director of Hy-Tech Engineers Ltd., said in a press release.
