Vadodara: Quick service restaurant brand Neopolitan Pizza has partnered with real estate advisory firm Sunfin Realty to identify commercial properties and investors to run its restaurants under the FOCO (Franchisee Owned Company Operated) model.
Under the collaboration, Sunfin will help Neopolitan Pizza to identify suitable locations and potential franchise investors for the growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. The partnership is aimed at helping Neopolitian expand its reach while Sunfin leverages its expertise in the real estate market to source investors for the brand. Currently, the Vadodara-based brand has 21 outlets, mostly based across Gujarat, according to its website.
The FOCO model has been ideal for expanding QSR brands like Neopolitan, as the company manages operations, quality, and efficiency, while the franchise owner handles major investments and owns the restaurant’s infrastructure.
“This agreement with Sunfin Realty Private Limited marks an important step in strengthening our FOCO expansion strategy. Their expertise in real estate advisory and investor sourcing will help us secure premium locations and committed partners, enabling faster and more structured growth.” the company said in a press release to the bourses.
In a separate announcement, the company announced the addition of three new franchise locations in Ahmedabad, as the brand aims to attract a younger audience for its brand.
