Thane: Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited, a Mumbai-based listed real estate major, has announced the launch of ‘Meghna One’ a landmark commercial development in Thane. The project, located in the Wagle Estate area, has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹300 crore and can accommodate more than 1,000 businesses across a commercial development of about 2.8 lakh sq ft.
The lake facing project is being developed to integrate nature and natural elements into its architecture, with an IGBC Gold certification in place as well.
For Meghna Infracon, this development ushers its entry into the large format Grade A commercial real estate space, with a long term vision of creating future ready business destinations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The project was unveiled at an event held on July 15, with senior leadership from Meghna Infracon and its development partner Formento Realty in attendance.
