New Delhi: Learning Spiral, a leader in data annotation and labeling services, proudly announces a significant milestone in its workforce expansion. With the growing demand for high-quality labeled data for AI and machine learning applications, the company has strengthened its team, further solidifying its position as a trusted partner in the AI industry.
The company began its data annotation and labeling operations with a small but skilled team of five data annotation operators. These operators accurately labeled images, text, videos, and other datasets to train AI models. To ensure high-quality output and efficient project execution, two senior team leads were appointed to oversee the workflow, maintain accuracy, and manage task allocation.
As the demand for high-quality labeled data increased, the company significantly expanded its team. The workforce includes 130 data annotation and labeling operators who handle large-scale annotation projects. Additionally, 4 senior team leaders now manage operations, focusing on quality control, process optimization, and timely project delivery. This expansion has strengthened the company’s ability to deliver precise and scalable AI training datasets.
The company has experienced substantial workforce growth, with 125 new data labeling operators joining to support the increasing demand for annotated data. Moreover, 2 additional senior team leaders have been appointed to enhance supervision, ensure high annotation accuracy, and streamline operations. This expansion reflects the company’s rapid growth in the AI and machine learning industry, positioning it as a key player in providing reliable and high-quality data labeling solutions.
Speaking on this milestone, Mr. Manish Mohta, Managing Director of Learning Spiral, shared: “Learning Spiral’s AI Division has been a beacon of innovation and empowerment since its inception during the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially, Learning Spiral started with a workforce of 50 operators during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. At its highest project load, the team expanded to 300, with part-time operators working remotely to manage surging demands. Over time, the company has established itself as a quality partner for AI-based companies worldwide, resulting in continuous growth and increased demand for its services.
With customers spread across multiple countries, Learning Spiral is preparing for another phase of expansion. The company plans to increase its permanent workforce by 50% or more shortly to meet the rising demand for high-quality AI training datasets.
