Intellect Design Arena’s eMACH.ai digital engagement platform to be adopted by Canada’s Mainstreet Credit Union

Toronto, Canada: Canada’s Mainstreet Credit Union has selected Intellect Design Arena’s eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) as it looks to drive hyper-personalised growth across its operations in Southwestern Ontario. The partnership, announced on May 11, 2026, aims at replacing rigid legacy software with a cloud-native, API-first architecture. Mainstreet aims to onboard about 25,300 members to deliver seamless onboarding and digital self-service tools.

The eMACH.ai Advantage: Architectural Freedom

The eMACH.ai platform (which stands for Events, Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and Headless with AI) aims to give financial institutions the freedom to innovate quickly without overhauling their entire operational framework. It uses AI to analyze member data in real time, offering the members tailored financial products in real-time. It aims to cut down on onboarding to mere minutes through an integrated KYC check while offering a complaint framework that integrates with local credit union ecosystems.

Intellect’s FY26 Financial Context: A Year of AI Leadership

Prior to this deal, Intellect’s FY results have been econraging, with a 322% surge in net profit in Q4 FY26 after a relatively weaker Q3 attributed to higher investments in AI research.

“True digital transformation is about more than just modernizing software; it is about deepening the relationship between a credit union and its community. In partnering with Mainstreet Credit Union, our goal was to ensure that their digital experience feels as personal and supportive as a face-to-face conversation. By removing the friction from daily banking, we are helping Mainstreet Credit Union stay at the heart of their members’ financial lives, providing the agility they need to grow while staying true to their cooperative values. We welcome Mainstreet Credit Union to our growing partner family of 30+ credit unions in Canada.” Rajesh Saxena, CEO, Intellect Consumer Banking, said in a press release.
