New Delhi: India has come up with approximately 300 products to export to Russia. The products are engineering goods, medicines, agriculture products, and chemicals. The officials think that this will assist Indian businesses to earn additional money and to decrease the difference in trade between them and Russia.
As of now, the exports of India to Russia have not been large as compared to the total imports on Russia. By targeting these 300 products the government hopes that the Indian businesses will have an opportunity to expand to a large new market.
The engineers and manufacturers of India stand a chance to market more machinery, equipment, and technology products. The Indian medicines would also be demanded and agriculture products like spices, rice, processed food may be available to additional Russian consumers.
According to officials, this plan will ensure that businesses expand as well as provide employment in factories and farms. SMEs are now able to get new markets outside the country and thus grow at a faster rate.
