The Fatscan Milk Analyzer uses cutting-edge technology to provide an accurate and efficient analysis of milk quality. This cost-effective device can measure FAT, SNF, Added Water, Density, Protein, and Lactose % in less than 30 seconds.

The Fatscan Milk Analyser was launched in the presence of National Dairy Development Board Chairman Meenesh Shah, Indian Dairy Association President RS Sodhi, Amul Dairy MD Amit Vyas, International Dairy Federation President Piercristiano Brazzale, eminent technocrats, IDA members, and dairy industry representatives.

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Parshottam Rupala, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, and Gujarat Cooperation Minister Jagdish Vishwakarma unveiled the Fatscan Milk Analyser during their visit to Everest Instruments’ stall at the exhibition. They lauded the product for contributing to Make in India by enabling import substation.
