Dynamatic Technologies’ subsidiary Dynauton Systems, ventures into drone manufacturing, signs MoU with Aerodata AG

Bengaluru: Dynauton Systems, a subsidiary of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Germany-based Aerodata AG to co-develop and manufacture unmanned airborne reconnaissance solutions, primarily for the Indian market. This partnership aims to address the growing demand for sophisticated Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms in India.

The AeroForce X Platform: A Game Changer

At the heart of this partnership is Aerodata’s AeroForce X platform, a Medium-Altitude Long-Endurance (MALE) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS). The platform offers capabilities that are integral to meet the unique demands of the Indian armed forces. 

“The Memorandum of Understanding is a meaningful step towards further developing AeroForce® X in collaboration with Dynauton specifically for ISR missions in the Himalayas and Indian Ocean Region. By combining the core strengths of both companies, this partnership creates a solid foundation for the comprehensive development and implementation of high-performance, unmanned reconnaissance solutions,” Neset Tükenmez, CEO of Aerodata AG said in a press release.
