Launches 4 new facilities in Gurugram

Clocks 1200 total Beds in 22 facilities

Gurugram, January 12: Settl – a technology-driven managed accommodation platform- announced its expansion to North India. It is establishing four new facilities in Gurugram, NCR, offering a total capacity of 200 beds. The accommodation start-up was born out of the need for a platform that enables convenient city living. In a short span of 18 months, it has already expanded to 22 properties across three cities- Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Gurugram.

The end-to-end accommodation platform ensures all amenities to working professionals in urban cities, including comfortable accommodations. Users can move into their new place within 30 mins of completing the online signup procedure. One can easily log in to the Settl website and select the city, area, and preferred living format. The model aims to take away all the accommodation hassles of people who move to bigger cities to build a city life for themselves but get burdened with house-hunting and broker traps.

“It is a tedious task for a newbie in the city to scout for safe and comfortable accommodation. The whole process comes with baggage of broker, agreement, locality, facility, advance etc. Settl comes with the idea of taking away all this inconvenience from an individual’s fresh city experience. We provide end-to-end solutions, including everything that one might need in the name of facility and service. Following Bangalore and Hyderabad’s overwhelming response, we are now foraying in Gurugram, expecting a similar response. Gurugram is an important urban centre in the context of the Indian economy. It also attracts a lot of young working professionals who migrate there to fulfil their career needs. We intend to create a huge impact in the lives of these people so that they can excel in their respective domains.” said Ashok Reddy Sagar, Co-Founder, Settl.

Settl works on its facilities with a thoughtful approach taking it beyond any regular accommodation to offer experiential living. It is also building ‘Settl Community’ that omits the void from the life of users when they move to a new city away from their families and hometown.

The brand has built a significant presence in Bangalore & Hyderabad and is now eyeing a similar expansion in Gurugram. Settl, presently operating 1200 beds in total, is poised to reach 3000 operational beds by Dec 2022. The brand plans to provide 1000 beds by the end of 2022 in Gurugram alone. The start-up has aggressive expansion plans across cities, including – Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Chennai. Start-up recently raised its seed round worth $500K from ah! Ventures, We Founder Circle and others.

Settl, a Bengaluru based, technology-driven managed accommodation platform, is focused on providing an appropriate and quality living experience for the urban working inhabitants. The start-up helps millennials to save their valuable time for things. They provide well-furnished rooms, 24/7 power backups, high-speed internet, regular deposits, to all-inclusive rent. The USP of the company is to facilitate tech-enabled property management.
