Bengaluru: With the onset of summer, Cafe Noir, an all-day French cafe by VRO Hospitality, will be celebrating Mango Festival across all outlets in Bengaluru and Mumbai till May 14, 2023.
Cafe Noir’s specially curated mango menu consisting of mango-imbibed dishes is a unique culinary experience that celebrates the sweet and juicy flavours of the mango fruit. Bangaloreans can now enjoy this specially curated menu that typically features a variety of dishes that are infused with mango, such as salads, desserts, and drinks at Cafe Noir outlets in UB City, Indiranagar, RMZ Ecoworld, Phoenix Whitefield, Kalyannagar, Lulu Mall, Orion, and Cunningham Road.
The menu consists of a wide range of dishes such as Fresh Mango & Tuna, a delicious combination that pairs the sweetness of ripe mango with the savoury flavour of tuna and a healthy variety that is perfect for summer dining.
Another must-try dish would be, Chipotle rubbed chicken thigh with exotic vegetables, scallion mash and bird’s eye and mango sauce. It is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines smoky, spicy chipotle peppers with succulent chicken thighs and various colourful vegetables. The plate is topped off with a sweet and tangy mango sauce, making it a perfect balance of flavours and many more succulent dishes that will definitely leave you awestruck.
