The partnership aims to offer insurance protection to almost 2 lakh Ola drivers who are insured on a daily basis while they are on duty. This initiative provides insurance coverage to drivers for unforeseen events such as accidents, hospitalisation expenses, including OPD expenses, income protection for viral infections and accidental hospitalisation, child education cover, and more. The policy also provides coverage to the driver’s family in case of sudden death from murder incidents.

The policy provides Rs 5 lakh as an insurance cover for death, Rs 1000 under hospi-cash per day, and Rs 30,000 under OPD treatment, child education, etc. Additionally, drivers have access to 24/7 doctor tele-consultation services.
