Heritage Infraspace is the pioneer of ground engineering solutions such as diaphragm walls and deep foundations.
Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], April 4: Ahmedabad-based Heritage Infraspace, the pioneer of ground engineering solutions such as diaphragm walls and deep foundations in India, has plans to come out with the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the next financial year.
Heritage Infraspace has been contributing in a big way to nation-building by providing crucial geotechnical solutions for metro rail and subway systems, dam projects, and large-scale residential and commercial projects all over India. It has been involved in the construction of the new Parliament building and metro rail projects in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kanpur Cochin and Agra, besides several other prestigious projects. It has successfully executed around 350 projects across various sectors and in multiple cities and states.
“Going public with an IPO has been on our agenda for quite some time. We could have launched the IPO earlier too, but our focus was on building up scale and size. Having executed critical projects, including some very challenging projects, over the years, we now have achieved the size where we believe we are in a position to create the right value for our investors and shareholders. We have already begun the process and will come out with the IPO by the end of 2023 or in early 2024,” said Gagan Goswami, Founder and Director of Heritage Infraspace.
Heritage Infraspace has pioneered diaphragm wall technology and deep foundation works in India. While so far, it has focused mainly on large cities, it is now also taking the diaphragm wall technology to tier 2 and 3 cities.
“Our diaphragm wall technology for deep basement projects ensures there is no damage to buildings in the projects’ surroundings. It also ensures that the work is accomplished faster, better, and in a more cost-effective manner. We are taking this technology deeper by introducing it in more cities. This is also helping us expand our potential client base and helping us play an even bigger role in nation-building,” he added.
Heritage Infraspace has also been involved in the construction of the Jammu Riverfront and Daman Seafront and five basements projects in Ahmedabad and in Gurgaon, among other projects.
