Both leaders conveyed their admiration for India’s growth trajectory and shared a common vision for the region’s future.

Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group, shared insights from their meeting on social media, describing the conversation as engaging and expressing excitement about potential future endeavors with Uber. Khosrowshahi echoed Adani’s sentiments, expressing enthusiasm for Uber’s expansion in India and its commitment to supporting the country’s transition to electric vehicles (EVs), aligning with India’s rapid growth in the green and renewable energy sector.

The Adani Group has pledged a significant investment of around $100 billion over the next decade to bolster India’s green energy transition, with a focus on achieving 10 GW of solar manufacturing capacity by 2027.
