Bhopal-based engineering firm Aartech Solonics wins major power infrastructure orders

Mumbai: Engineering firm Aartech Solonics Ltd has secured major orders in the last three months from leading power infrastructure players in the country despite concerns regarding the fire at its Mandideep facility.

The new contracts have helped the company expand its reach beyond the domestic market, while helping it secure high-value orders in its power system protection solutions.

The new orders have come from:

  • Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), for its High Speed Bus Transfer (HSBT) system for its Paradip facility.
  • Punjab State Power Corporation(PSPCL), for a high voltage substation and transformer panels.
  • Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Co, for its first ever order for its advanced automation substation with 132kV SAS-based panels.
  • Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board(HPSEBL) for its first  Control and Relay Panel (CRP) order
  • Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited for 132kV panels and 33kV SAS panels with its highly advanced junction box solutions.
  • An undisclosed order from JSIS (Jindal Shaheed Iron & Steel), Oman and another one from Qatar for a CLIP (Critical Limiting Protection)  system.
